Since you are using copper, it'll be going through BT's infrastructure at some point. To get good redundancy use mobile dongles as a backup if you have coverage.

Please don't that crowd of criminals a penny of your money - it only 
encourages them! Their "service" is utterly inept, untruthfully 
advertised (there ARE significant download limits), they sell details of 
your browsing habits to advertising companies (in clear breach of the 
Telecommunications Act) and claim they don't.... 

Please find ANY other solution!
