I must say good things about BT Infinity (FTTC).  If you can get it,
it's well worth it.  The downside is a lack of a static IP which can
be an arse, but generally everything else is absolutely fine.  BT seem
to have upped the ante when it's come to support - have never had to
ring the Indian call centre - most problems have been resolved via
Twitter, email or phone calls (to me!).

On average I get 37.5Mbs down and 8.5Mbs up even during evenings.

I was previously with Be.
