Thanks John I know - the point is that the wife and kids detest doing
tutorials and howtos from a web page in one window whilst trying to do
something constructive in another! So I was after hardcopy...

I must admit to a preference to having a book propped open on a
bookstand next to the monitor when doing stuff messing about myself!
