All off the oil and gas companies us Linux.
Saudi Aramco have a big Linux cluster - in Saudi Arabia.
AFAIK there is a huge Linux cluster near Gatwick.

I used to fly up to Aberdeen to support a cluster at a very big oil
company, and a smaller engineering company.
