Some is at http://virt-tools.org/ -- wanting to make this more
comprehensive when someone has the time.
We also have the RHEL 6 virtualization guide (actually 3 different
guides):

There is also talk of writing a RHEL 6 virt performance guide but I
don't know how that is going.
