Come on John, tell us what you _really_ think. :-)
As for the term Open Source -- I'm guessing they're hoping that someone
other than HM Gvmt. will end up paying for it. i.e. "Let's use the
materials we found at the Khan Academy" ... (actually, that would be a
bloody good start).
