Dear all,

Our company is looking to recruit two graduates this year. We're a
virtualisation consultancy specialising in enterprise clients, building
leading edge solutions across a wide variety of platforms (including
Linux). I joined a similar small company as a graduate and have done
very well professionally and financially from it. I'd describe it as an
opportunity not be missed for exceptional graduates to make a
difference, be seen, and progress quickly.

If you or someone you know graduated in the summer of 2011 with a
computing-related degree, or will do in 2012, please contact me. Some
information is below regarding the programme.

The position is based in Clerkenwell/Barbican, and the renumeration in
line with big companies such as Arthur Andersen.

VIRTUAL CLARITY GRADUATE OPPORTUNITIES

This year we are interested in recruiting a number of graduates with a
computing related degree or higher qualification, and good communication
skills. Relevant employment experience is an advantage but is not essential.

You will immediately become part of a team of world-class visionaries,
technologists and consultants. By working directly alongside industry
figures and in cutting-edge technology projects you will have a great
opportunity to accelerate your career.

We will find opportunities for graduates to work alongside our
professionals on client assignments from an early stage. Much of your
training will come from direct, daily exposure to leading technologists
and advanced projects.

A typical client assignment will last from 2-3 months to a year or more.
Our staff divide their time between our own and our clients’ premises as
necessary to carry out the work, and as our clients are spread
throughout Europe and beyond, a certain amount of travel and working
away from home is inevitable.

Training

We create a mixture of formal and informal training. On the formal side,
we expect you to gain an industry-recognized technical qualification in
your first year. This will provide you with a foundation of knowledge
that is directly relevant to your work. The training for qualifications
is a combination classroom learning, self-study and practical experience
in our technology lab.

On the informal side, we will require you to broaden and deepen your
knowledge. We maintain a library of books and e-books on relevant
subjects and we will provide you with an e-book reader (iPad, Kindle or
similar) for continuous self-study.

We provide regular feedback to you on your progress, and agree any ‘soft
skills’ training that will help to accelerate your contribution to the
company.

Our own offices are open plan and informal. We will provide you with
up-to-the minute mobile computing software and hardware so that you can
work on the move. For those who live close enough, we have cycle racks
and showers. We are an equal opportunity employer.
