Are they completely insane?  Do what we did here, and point out that if
they don't install the (slightly) bigger cabinets and the supporting
infrastructure, they'd have to install microwave networking.  That
really scared the idiots - after all, microwaves COOK things!  We got
fibre and coax (and twisted pairs) to every dwelling!
