Completely off topic, but I moved out of London last year. Since then,
the house next door to me collapsed because the neighbours were
attempting to build a basement, and BE were sold to Sky. I am so glad I
moved :)
Here in the sticks I can only get BT / Plusnet / Sky, which is
basically a choice between BT and Sky, as BT own Plusnet AFAIK. I chose
BT for the nationwide Wifi. Also, they have a deal with a Polish
company, so I can (sometimes) get a WiFi connection in Poland using my
BT credentials.
However the plus side is I am close to the exchange so pretty regular
15Mbit~ connection which is faster than I had from Bethere in Finchley.
However there is next to 0% chance getting any kind of fibre here.
