[GLLUG] Full professional broadcast graphics inserter

Hello,
   Does anyone have a genuine use for an INCA.RTX Inscriber INRTXDS-2U
designed to insert graphics into a full broadcast quality serial data
stream? It has a single input and output, (each is a set of three coax
connectors), and runs on M$ XP. Apparently purchased by mistake and left
unused.
