Yes, that's where I discovered my cabinet number.  Unfortunately, that 
site shows only what is available, and no indication of upgrade plans.

There's a really irritating loop in BT's information provision.  If you 
ask whether FTTC is available you are told "no", and referred to the 
first site above to find out when it will be available.  That site says 
it is available, and refers you back to the line checker.  I've tried 
asking BT, but they never answer the question - they just refer you back 
to the contradictory web sites.
