[GLLUG] Am I over-reacting to this?

For temporary security, would it be any use (or possible) to daisychain a
wired-only router between the spyware router and the LAN, treating the ISP's
router as part of the hostile internet?

I don't think I can say yet. I'm in conversation with them, but the
person dealing with it doesn't seem to be totally technically clueful. I
reported it as a mis-configured router, and he responded that no, it is
intentional and they do them all like that.

I think I'd like to escalate it with them first.

On behalf of all network operators everywhere, thank you!
