The main change is known as "Fedora.next"
(https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora.next) and TBH even I have not
been following it very closely.

You can still install and run Fedora Rawhide (aka what will become
Fedora 21) and currently it works fine for me.

If you want a stable Fedora, go with Fedora 20.  No reason to install
Fedora 19 now.
