The keyboard layout options seem to have disappeared from the All Settings/Keyboard GUI between Kali Linux 1 and 2. I resorted to setting XKBVARIANT="mac" in /etc/defaults/keyboard but after a reboot nothing has changed. Any ideas? gvim
