This is a Windows 10 problem. If you have Windows 10 loaded on a
machine using UEFI then this will happen. I had to uninstall Windows 10
to get over it. Yu could try loading an earlier version of Windows, or
changing the BIOS to boot from "Legacy" and reloading Windows 10 if you
actually need a dual boot system,
