Thanks for this. Am surprised to find that Quora is used for something 
other than idle gossip...


Most of the cloud-services seem to provide all source materials, whereas 
I'm recording my own screencasts.

Also, other people seem to use the term "annotation" in the context of 
taking notes for future reference or reminder, whereas I'm wanting to 
'improve' the video before presentation to trainees.

I've followed many of the links and am pursuing a Python application...
