[GLLUG] BT and Plusnet and IPv6?

Hello,
BT and Plusnet (owned by BT) still appear to be missing deadlines bringing 
IPv6 to their ordinary customers, with no suggestion of when it might happen. 
BT claimed that all their lines were IPv6 capable last October, so what is 
causing the delay? Is it an infrastructure problem? They appear to be 
upgrading their fault testing equipment, have they had problems testing IPv6 
lines?
Is it that customers who joined test groups had too many problems with 
computers such as laptops running Microsoft not being able to use wireless 
until they get another update to enable RA?
I understand that when customers do get IPv6 it is likely to happen without 
advance warning of either the prefix or exact date, so no chance of prior 
configuration.
