It's not critical for me otherwise I'd be hacking the startup to find
out what is going on. I can always work around this failure but it's
conceivable that a power outage leading to a boot failure might leave me
with having to configure ipv4 to get access to the IPMI if I'm trying to
fix things remotely.

(Another IPv6 annoyance, my IPMI will only do IPv6 via SLAAC - I can't
get a static IPv6 to work - ipv6 isn't documented as supported so I
can't really complain. But it's why I want a fallback RA source)
