Hi,

While I don't know whether that GPON SFP+ transceiver is compatible
with community fibre re protocol and compatible optical wavelengths or
not, I can say that your 10M fibre cable will need to double check
whether it is APC or UPC connectors, because if you use the wrong
connectors on the end of your 10M fibre cable, it will damage the
ISP's cable.
For GPON this is commonly APC, but not always.
This is in contrast to normal 10G / 100G network switches cabling that
are generally UPC fibre cables.
