OpenLDAP will do the address book thing.

There are a variety of ways to get the calendaring work "in a fashion", 
most of them unreliable.

If you're willing to pay cash (you must have *paid* to use Outlook) take 
a look at www.bynari.net at their InsightConnector product. Always gets 
good press, but I've never used it.
