I agree. The homepage says "We aim to support each other in using=20
GNU/Linux or other Free Software products, and to promote their use=20
within the county." If i was elaborating on that a bit, i'd say eg:
Local mutual support among local users,
Start-up help for local enquirers/beginners
and then pointing them to specialist websites=20
that give info on issues such as printers, etc
Local promotion of Linux and Open/Free s/w to=20
schools, colleges, businesses, voluntary sector
+ help for neighbouring counties that=20
currently do not have a local LUG
My feeling is on 'Support' page add more links to
websites eg linuxprinters.org, linuxmodems.org
or maybe just to an existing launchpad=20
