Dont know about posting, however I use nget to pull this stuff from our friendly BBand conneector TeleWest. Works a treat. On the PAR side of things there are a few PAR tools for Linux (hunt around sourceforge) but I haven't seen anything integrated yet - Most probably as it aint my main focus for NNTP. HTH G
