[Gloucs] Mandrake 9.1 and XFree86 4.3.0

Can anyone help with this question please from Noel who is a member of the Hereford LUG - thanks:

I have Mandrake 9.1 and on the 1st cd is XFree86 4.3.0

It is in three files with the ending .rpm.  This is the first one.

XFree86-static-libs-4.3-5mdk.i586.rpm


Can anyone tell me how to load these up onto a *Windows system* to get a
working X window there.
