[Gloucs] Samba printing issue - Resolved

Thanks to all for suggestions, problem finally solved by adding the
following to smb.conf

print command = /usr/bin/lpr -o raw -P%p -r %s
lpq command = /usr/bin/lpstat -o%p
lprm command = /usr/bin/cancel %p-%j
queuepause command = /usr/bin/disable %p
queueresume command = /usr/bin/enable %p
