doesn't just have to be Linux installs either... there's the windows
version of OpenOffice.org, not to forget thunderbird/firebird and all
the other free software for ms-windows. It pays to get them weaned from
Microsoft slowly... some have got a lot of money tied up in proprietary
software. You can't expect them to just toss it all aside just like that.
