[Gloucs] Mandrake browser

Guys relax, its just a default homepage that points to Mandrakes
services.
It's not a corporate conspiracy or excessive pressure to buy their
products, they've created a distro and the default homepage of the web
browser points to the support services they offer for a fee.

I've not got Koqueror to hand but David, if you look along the options
at the top there should be something like "options" or "settings" and in
there you should be able to set the default homepage to something more
to your liking (which was what Keith hinted at).

Guy

In what way was my advice to check the home page not helpful? That may
or may not be the problem, I don't know, but it is worth checking. If
the OP is having problems with pressure being applied by his
distribution to pay them money, the option of changing distributions to
a truly free one (Thomas's suggestion of Debian, for example) is
perfectly valid.
