Adam,

No need to bring anything except a few £££ to get yourself a drink in
the pub afterwards, and to make a small contribution to the costs of
hiring the venue. Both optional!

If you want to bring your laptop to show something off, get help with
something or if you might want to try a new distro, then by all means do
(at your own risk).
