[Gloucs] Community Patent Consultation OR Software Patents

Hi there folks,
Just in case anyone has missed this item.
BUT the EU Commission via Charlie Mcreevy of Microsoft fame !, has 
brought this consultation about which ends 31st March 2006 !!!.

This is all about "Software Patents" by the back door if this goes 
through then it appears there will be no further opportunities to 
block/change as this way it cuts through discussion by "EU Parliament etc".
