Hello Nicolas,

Sometimes the existing MBR plays up a little bit and you have to
partion the harddisk first. Please tell me what at the moment is
installed, is it XP only or XP and Suse?

I had the same problem with the computer of Steve that the LiveCD of
MEPIS ran perfect but the installer struggled to partion the hard
disk, so we had to do a workaround. Now he runs MEPIS without problems.
