[Gloucs] GPG Signed messages

By default, I GPG sign all outgoing email. mailman.lug.org.uk bounes
them because it doesn't recognise the signature's mime type,
application/pgp-signature. Does anyone know who owns the service so I
can highlight the issue?

It's such a nerdy thing to do, I'm amazed nobody else has complained
about this before. Or maybe they did, but the complaint was bounced ;)
