Apparently it is going to be a YouTube style streaming service.

This locks out mobile users (iPod video and so on ) and anyone whose
platform isn't supported by Adobe Flash - but if you run Linux and
have broadband in the room where you want to watch TV - it should be
fine.
Is the feeling among the campaigners that an Adobe streaming lock-in
is more benign than a Microsoft DRM lock-in?
