The following content types are allowed:
multipart/mixed
multipart/alternative
text/plain
application/pgp-signature
multipart/signed

This is largely how is was when I inherited admin of the list.
I guess you would need "image/jpeg" which is not currently allowed.  We
can add other types if people want but I guess it's just as easy to post
a link to somewhere else and it gives people the option of viewing or
not.
