Can any of you point me to any source of information describing the 
experiences of any UK charitable body who have made the switch from M$ 
to FOSS ?

What might the risks be, for example getting IT support in a world where 
most others have not yet made the change ?

How does one interface with accountants who only know SAGE for example ?
