Hi Nick,

I got the Vodofone one (15GBP per month I think) and it works very 
well.  In less urban settings you only get a GPRS connection (10's of 
kpbs rather than Mbit).  I vaguely heard it has a linux driver (I use it 
on my work laptop at the moment).  I'll have a play later this week.
