[Gloucs] PC purchase update

Just writing to let you know I still have no ETA on this kit.  It
also looks like they will come with windows installed despite what was
proposed earlier. As soon as I have a firm date, I'll contact everyone
off the list to make arrangements (expect the email to be gpg signed
like this one).

Please let me know if you no longer want the items, I note
Geoff Bagley's change to the list at the top of this thread but no other
changes.
