Debian lenny went end-of-life in February and is no longer present
in the Debian archive.

If you still need to access packages from lenny then you can replace
your mirror hosts with archive.debian.org, which will enable you to
continue working however you should plan an upgrade to squeeze as
soon as possible because you will no longer be receiving security
updates.

Yes, once you've upgraded the rest of the system to squeeze. If you
tried to use squeeze-updates with a lenny system it wouldn't work
and may cause problems.

You do. However the bad news is that the NSLU2 is no longer
supported by Debian because it doesn't have enough memory to run the
installer:

I'm afraid I haven't used a system with only 32M RAM in many years
so I can't suggest an alternative tiny distribution that may work
for you.

Good luck!

Cheers,
Andy
