[Gloucs] Meeting up with Hereford LUG

I have been to a couple of the HLUG meetings (and popped in on their
Software Freedom Day event). They seem quite dynamic and friendly.
Some of the prime movers seem to be Sarah Chard and Julian Robbins
(their email addresses can be guessed from their postings on their
mailing list (http://mailman.lug.org.uk/pipermail/herefordshire/). It
looks like they currently meet at the Courtyard Theatre cafe, which is
quite easy to get to and has ample parking.
