[Gloucs] Spreadsheets.

Firstly, Happy New Year to all.

My wife (Lynda) uses Ubuntu and LibreOffice on her notebook machine.

In connection with a support charity she needs to prepare accounts using
LibreOffice Calc.

The results need to be intelligible to her colleagues using M$ XL.

One feature "they" seem to have is the ability to calculate the sum of the entries in a column.

Is there a neat way to do this on Calc  ?

I don't use spreadsheets on my Debian Squeeze, so I don't have any ready-made wisdom to offer.

Any tips please ?
