This may be of interest, though you do seem to have to pay for it.

 Program update AVG for Linux - 7.0-14

Several improvements and fixes in almost all components. Added new scanning
methods into system core. The installation is performed into /opt directory,
which confirms with File System Hierarchy, see www.pathname.com/fhs/
