[Herefordshire] Forcing an Epson Stylus Colour 400 printer to printin black only?

Hello Matt,

As a temporary measure will it run without the colour cartridge, or put an
empty one in if you have one.

I thought that in Man10 from control panel / hardware / printer, there was a
printer set-up window.
