[Herefordshire] Uninstalling

Thanks.  I've done the rpm -e thing and am now trying to reinstall everything from scratch.  I'm following the tutorials on www.developerside.net, but on average every third thing they say to do is giving me problems.  I'll keep you informed.

how did you install??

if rpm then use rpm -e <package name>

if it was from source then i have no idea.
