[Herefordshire] usage of the college as a venue

Sorry about this folks, Major balls up.  Must have been looking at the
September calendar.

To start again.  Our October meeting was to have been on Thursday 21st
October.

In view of what Box said I propose that we move it forward one day to the
Wednesday 20th October.

Box, can you let me know if this will still be OK please.
