[Herefordshire] SCSI hardware

Hi all
I have been given an Artec scanner and a CD writer which is for external
connection, both with SCSI connections. Can I obtain a driver card for
either or both combined? I searched the internet and saw advice about
software drivers but that is not the problem. I expect SANE will be have
a driver once the hardware is suitably connected.
My box uses USB connection. 

I will not be able to come to the April meeting unfortunately.
