Latest tweak to website design is up on www.phil-taylor.co.uk/~hlugorg

Image has been resized and background switched around.

Remaining bugs,

1) It still tries to load a blank image in front of the logo. I will 
remove that reference later.

2) Issues with IE

3) Need to tweak the layout so that the stories on the front page all 
stay within the correcyt column.

On another matter did anyone read about the first Open Source Beer to be 
released. The recipe is out in the open for anyone to look and tweak but 
they must say how they improved it and publish their receipe details !
