Hello Ben,

It will be a general discussion about the following.

We run, at the moment, on a month by month basis.

Julian is doing the new web site, Box provides the venue, I look after the
mailing list and the other odds and ends.

We need to decide whether to go along with this as it is or  opt for a more
formal type of club.
We charge no fees, we do not organize events etc.. It does seem to need a
bit more structure.

We do need to spread the workload more and that needs to be discussed and
allocated.
We really need to know any areas of expertise that we have within the club
so that we can perhaps draw on them for group purposes.

Does anyone have experience of organising events, they would also need the
necessary contacts of course.
The matter of payments/expenses to speakers needs urgent attention as we
have no money as a group.

It would be nice if we can at some time find a southern/Ross venue for
occasional meetings as well.

Anything else that needs to be discussed or suggested?
