[Herefordshire] Asterisk

hello phil,

i went to the skype sight and had a look at the license ( 
http://www.skype.com/company/legal/eula/index.html ). it's not gpl so i 
won't use it on my computer, but it might be a good one to stick on my 
family's window boxes.
