Hi Chris, first thing to check is.

Load Outlook
Press Tools
Press Options
Press The security tab
Uncheck the, do not allow files that COULD contain a virus box.
its the 4th box down, im guessing you have already done that but it is
a very easy one to miss as I have done in the past so a good place to start.
