OK, thanks Julian.  Due to the (underwelming) response I'm just going
to suggest the following (assuming I can book!):

* Venue: The Place, Commercial Road, Hereford
* Date: 15th December @ 20:00 (ish depends when they'll have us)

Please respond to say if you're coming, how many people and any 
special requirements (can be off-list if you prefer).  Responses by
Monday evening (18:00) please.
