hello all,

i was rummaging around some of the ubuntu forums when i came across a
tool called apt-zip.

as far as i can see it generates two scripts, one to download all the
packages and one to install them. the beauty of this is that the
downloading script could be run on a different machine with a better
internet connection.

this would be great for me. i could generate the scripts at home on my
ubuntu box, take the download script to work and run it on one of the
apples, bring the packages home and install them with the other
script.
