Yes the text based YaST is identical in functionality to the GUI version, 
however if you're using SLES9 (based on 9.1) your apache configuration module 
may not have as much functionality, it was improved significantly in 9.2 or 
9.3 I forget which. if not though you could probably grab the yast module 
from the 9.3 version and run it with the yast in your version if the apache 
configuration hasn't changed, or there might be updates available.
